Cancellation policy
Our online booking system allows you to cancel or amend an appointment 24 hours before the time of your appointment. After this time if you are unable to attend your appointment please contact us on 01332 840149. The booking system makes a note of any missed appointments and this full amount will then be required on your next visit with us.
